Room Style - This simply gives an indication of the bedroom size

Deposit & Admin - This refers to the deposit that will be required if you wish to gain the advantage of first refusal on a bedroom you would like to rent. This figure is also inclusive of an admin fee of £50 - £100 which covers administration and legal documents. The remainder of this fee which is used initially as a deposit to secure your room is refunded via deduction from your bond on the day contracts are signed thereby reducing the amount of the bond you pay.

Bond - This is the bond you place to cover against damages when you sign up to move into a room. Bonds are usually between £150 - £300. This deposit is refundable and is refunded by cheque 14 days after you vacate the room. Of course for a full refund the room should be in the same condition as when you moved in, subject of course to fair wear and tear.

Weekly Rent - This is the amount you would pay if rent was calculated and charged on a weekly basis. Weekly rents listed here as guideline only.

Please note:
All rent is charged by the calendar month so if your weekly rent was £50.77 then your monthly rental would be £220. This is always payable on the anniversary of the date you moved in to the room. So if you moved in on the 10th February your next rental would be due on the 10th March and on the 10th of each month following.
